Happy New Week, everyone.

I watched with fascination on Sunday and Monday as the US Dollar soared higher. It continues to do so this morning. My "dollar up, gold down, oil down" has been working out very well.

If only the same could be said of equities! It looks like we're in for a very bullish opening, based on the widespread notion that energy cost and equity value are inversely correlated. As you know, I disagree, and we'll see if at the end of the day (literally, not the tired cliche) this holds true.
