I'm short a homebuilder ($PHM), but I don't see that this chart shows anything. In addition to the 2005-2007 pre-crash episode, I also see the same pattern in the 2010-late 2011 timeframe which did not end in a crash. No cherry-picking data, especially when it's even right there on the chart! 9/15/14
