should get us to that 2200 PC mentioned earlier today 4/22/15

I love all the bunched up dots at the end...so we've had a high P/C ratio for 6 months and market has gone nowhere during that time...plus vix is low...reading that chart, the only other times P/C was this high after a nice uptrend were 2007 & 2011 and both led to nice sell offs:) 4/22/15
