I can't remember the last time BIDU looked bearish on a weekly chart. 

Last week's price action arguably set-off bear alarms at the PBC, so it decided to cut rates Sunday. 

We'll need to watch how BIDU trades Monday (today post) to see if we can make headway lower toward the H&S topping target of 167.38
