If the cost of borrowing truly rises, government is going to have to go on a huge diet. Colleges are going to actually have a legit reason to raise prices. I wish some crafty European or Indian universities would set up shop in this country and, using the internet and hiring non-communist admins, they could offer kick-ass education for pennies on the dollar. 1/30/17
