Are they destructive? Dangerous? Partially domesticated from being around humans? 1/2/18

I never heard of wild pigs in the streets in the USA. Those tusks look sharp. 1/2/18

They use the tusks to shred prickly pear cactus. these are eating the corn i had thrown out for the birds and squirrels. 
There was a restaurant on the outskirts of Scottsdale that had a patio you could eat at. There were Javelina that would walk around and people would throw them scraps, over the course of many years there was never an incident. Get between one and its young or corner one and you could lose a leg, they are very quick and can be mean. 1/2/18
