So called "healthcare", like the college tuition scam, and the military industrial complex rip off is a racket plain and simple. The republicans have had years to come up with solutions that control and reduce costs in these areas and have not accomplished jacks**t. It is obvious medical cost inflation is bankrupting federal, state and local governments and still no effective solutions that are proven to work in other first world nations. 4/9/17
