I *kinda* know what a reverse repo is, but if anyone is willing to attempt an explanation for us lay folk, I'd be most appreciated. But certainly, the pattern is pretty clear from the ZH chart (I'm just not certain I understand the full implications of why this chart should make me gape). Thx. 6/30/14
