Bio:Avid trader. Covered calls, and spreads. Prefer to be a longer term trader but that is not prudent in the current environment. Not a day trader. Agree that we are in a secular bear market. Believe lots of damage coming some day when there is no more road to kick a can onto. Ergo, my one long term hold position is Gold. I don't care about short term volatility. I bought the bulk of my gold between 600 - 1200. So, I have a nice profit and I am not worried about that turning into a loss. Gold will be a sell some day but not until currency debasement ends and debt is brought under control. We are no where near even the slightest probability that this is going to happen any time soon.
