We all have to confess, Powell is large and in charge. His takeover of the corporate bond market, and the Fed’s willingness to buy instruments like those shown below in unlimited quantities, is working its magic. It’s appalling. It’s galling. But it’s working.
In this up-every-day-no-matter-what market, this is madness to dare suggest anything could ever fall, but I’ll say it anyway: I think Zoom Communications is ready to flip lower.
First of all, take note of the regular cyclic impulses the stock has exhibited. This has been a great “story stock” during the pandemic, and it’s prospered.
