(more…)Slope initially began as a blog, so this is where most of the website’s content resides. Here we have tens of thousands of posts dating back over a decade. These are listed in reverse chronological order. Slopers have been asking me for this feature for literally years. At long last, we’ve done it, and I’d like to think we’ve done it better than folks might have expected. We now have a dedicated way for you to put text on charts.
SlopeCharts provides a number of ways to augment charts with text. In the past, the only way to do this was via the highlighting tools, which allowed for optional text notations. Now, however, there is a dedicated Text tool which you can access via this icon in the tools palette of SlopeCharts:
