Back the chart, since the ManU game/therapy session is done.  

Downtrend in RUT still in effect, and continues to underperform SPX/DJI. 3 day bounce has taken the shape of a wedge/flag, and has pushed up towards the 1120 resistance, which was support the last week of Jan. My expectation would be for the wedge/flag to break lower, considering the underperformance of 10 yr yields on Friday.
