I think that may be happening and went long on TLT at 119.0 last week so far so good it closed at 121.5. Plan is to hold for awhile as it has room to go significantly higher. Especially when it becomes obvious that economic growth is slowing. 3/27/17

Think I'd like to see the 30-yr drop back to 2.6 before heading up to 3.8 - 4.0+:
