Saw a comment earlier that new home sales hit a record, or near a record. Didn't make sense... I suspect it might be the homebuilders last hurrah - most offer financing, they likely still had low rate mortgages available from prior commitments. 9/27/22
Yes, Wiz, you commented some time back that the homebuilders would be trying to encourage sales by making all kinds of enticement offers. Am reading that's exactly what they're doing. May stave off some of the downside, but not for too much longer it seems. 9/27/22
Hah, yes, Garcia, much does look like it is about to be pushed off a cliff. Which is kind of amazing in a sense, because for many issues have dived muchas already, while others look to be just getting started. 9/27/22
