I will respectfully disagree with your interpretation of the recovery table. You claim that the table reminds us that it is necessary to use tight stops. That is not true. The recovery table is telling us how important position size is, not tight stops. Just because you place a tight stop doesn't mean you won't lose 50% of your balance, especially if your tight stop is causing you to be whipsawed and lowering your win %. Tight stops will reduce your odds of success. A large stop can be useful, but requires one to adjust position size (decrease). 11/8/14
