Rising wedge rising market this is most usually a reversal pattern especially when the wedge run-up happens on falling volume. 3/18/15

Notice those volume spikes are on lows, and price reverses after. 
 
What volume confirmation would prefer is new lows on heavier volume than prior low. 3/18/15
