I suppose risible catastrophe is too big and complicated of a name for a blog, or a pop star, but I still like it. 

BITCOIN 

I like to look at things objectively as possible lately and go about trying to see the bull case and the bear case, and then make some bullet points in regard. 

I can make this short and sweet, because I can't see any bull arguments right here, other than, "WTF MAYBE?", which doesn't have a whole lot of legs.

was in the local boozer a couple of months back when one of the local farmers (aware that I have a modicum of market knowledge) berated me for not getting on the bitcoin bus. (BTC was around $112k and heading higher) I explained that I simply had no faith in something I didn't fully comprehend and that I was happy to plod along with precious. He scoffed at my ignorance. I should have listened, I mean he's a farmer. 3 weeks 5 days ago
