The Percent Bullish Advisors are back over 60% again (red). Upside is usually less aggressive following the extreme reading and about half the time suffers a pullback shortly afterwards. 
 
The Percent Bearish Advisors have basically been absent since October 2013. 
 
The Bull/Bear Spread is again nearing its most extreme level. 6/22/14
