American voters are the best! 7/31/22

We should recenter presidential approval polls with 30 at 0 and 70 at 100 because about 30% will not turn on the prez except in very extreme circumstances. There is about 40% who will express disapproval in polls. In reality, it seems like only about 10% of the public actually shift their votes.  
 
Using this measure, Biden would be at about 20% approval among "centrists" 7/31/22
