High-flying NVR. Watching to see when it might turn back down. As a homebuilder and mortgage banker, the near-term future doesn't seem strong. It may not get past next resistance at 4484.55.
When the homebuilders are in trouble, they'll do a lot of stuff to encourage buyers - free basement finishing, extra rooms, upgrades, better terms on financing. Wish I was closer to that market so I could see what the incentives were. 7/10/22
