SII finally taking a breather, although I'm not sure how one issues a downgrade while raising the price target: 

Sprott Inc. was downgraded to Hold from Buy at TD Securities on Tuesday. 
Analyst Graham Ryding raised his price target on shares of the Toronto-based asset management company to $100 from $84. 
"We are moving to Hold, given the strong share-price appreciation YTD (+71%)," Ryding said in a note to clients.
