IYR Weekly linear chart: Is real estate about to fall? I think it is very likely. The daily chart gives me a sell as well. Would seem like a fairly low risk entry with the stop at previous high.  
This is another chart that shows the how in the past few years the deep V drop and recovery pattern have accurately given a price projection.
