Elliot Wave Long Term Perspective. For those following Pretcher, the rally that began in 2009 is taking WAY to long, and has gone to far to be considered Primary Wave 2. The flat that began in 2000 is over. Pretcher probably won't be vindicated w/ Dow 1000, but you will get a retest of the crisis lows, and maybee somewhere below them.
