Pendenza thanks for sharing the link... I am indeed a novice! 11/4/20

You will see many variations of pennants on the web, some more artistic than others. Pick a system or charting style, test it, and if it's an edge you can use fire away!

@RNeo, MississippiMan and Bishop of Battle have very clean, instructive charts. Tim's, too, of course, but his are almost all bearish, and it's good to see a variety to be able to recognize likely continuation, breakouts, etc.

Did you get out of that triple-leveraged short index last week when the market dropped? I remember Gan (&/or Mart?) and Wiz chiming in about the risk of using them due to the complexities of rebalancing, contango, and backwardation (and tax treatment?). I admit I didn't understand it completely, but I hope you're trading safely. 11/4/20

I can't reply to your reply, but thank you, this helps. As I've said, I really like your charts. 11/4/20

@Pendenza even I was unable to reply to your response so replied to the main thread.
No I am still holding on to my TZA positions, it is biting me but trying to manage it. I know one should trade what is upfront on the charts but I am just waiting out till tomorrow to see how things go. Thanks for recalling my position and asking about it. Really appreciate it. 11/5/20

Good luck, RNeo. Cut losses short, all the good traders repeat it often, don't let it get out of your hands. 11/5/20
