Charting is an art, yeah? Everybody has there method, their take, their view, their interpretation. 

Well, my take, with all of the above in mind, is that this chart blows monkey ass in every regard. 

I suppose if you have enormous brass cajones you could go all in and hope 10 cents is the intermediate term bottom. 

I do not have said brass accoutrements.
