Update: As of the close of 8/3/16, I no longer believe this chart is bullish. While the market closed higher today, my analysis indicates serious potential for a bear market, if and ONLY if the bears can get some immediate downside momentum here. I am now bearish unless the market can recapture this week's high. 8/3/16
