Same comment here as with your QQQ and SPY charts. Volume has only been "lame" on the DIA since 2/11, since that is the date at which volume started being well below average while price was rising. since then, volume has continued to decline. You can't start your declining volume trendline from 2/3 as that gives you no information. 2/19/14
