I really like what I'm seeing taking shape in Brazil. I good example of an individual name to get long it ITUB. Coming off the Sept/Oct selloff, it has had a really nice bottoming formation including positive MACD divergence. Its started to run higher the past couple weeks, and if it can break above 19 to new highs, there is clear sailing above.
