Volume pattern does not currently support a traditional price break out (triple top, CnH, etc) .. chart presents currently that resistance is pierced BUT the stock is not being accumulated .. that's what I would be looking at for a longer term hold .. also oil stocks look pretty frothy here. 2/25/14
