I bet it's a false breakout because of US markets that gonna fall in my opinion 8/25/16

It definitely can be a false breakout. I'm seeing potential false breakouts on lots of things (IBB, EEM, and others). The good news is, we should know relatively soon so I can admit I'm wrong if I am. 8/25/16
