View: new homes sold

New construction certainly doesn't look like it is enjoying a big rebound. But local conditions vary, and in my neighborhood, there are a LOT more new homes being built than in the death throes of 2009. Subcontractors also talk of a spike in business. We shall see if this is a temporary aberration.
