I'm not really sure what this indicator setup is supposed to tell us that we don't already know via price. Price is showing a long consolidation so naturally the moving averages would flatten out. A cross doesn't mean there is a downtrend. A cross means there is consolidation. 8/14/15

1st time in four years should lead to more technical selling then perhaps it normally would 8/16/15
