I think the last time we gonna see the price we are now (going above and never revisit it again) is gonna be in 2018! 
That's why I think dumb money is in the buy side right now and we have had massive distribution during last 30 days and not accumulation after a break out 
Long term monthly MACD seems to agree with that (still very overbought)
