Ok, so I can see two options: 

_ We are still extremely early in the recovery cycle (and the S&P is telling us that it's gonna be a huuuuuge one ala goldilocks) 

_ Markets have been rigged by a large enough player to boost a dying economic growth (and push an agenda that isn't in the "we the people's" favor...if you see what I mean)
