Just ask yourseld the question: If it's true and something has changed, what is the probability that we are at the begining of an up move in comparaison of the one of a down move? 
7 years of a bull "always the same" then something changed but produces the same results?  
I think it will (eventually the market will continue going up long term) but not before some bloodbath
