The SocialTrade system is a collection of crowd-sourced charts, images, and other treasures of trader knowledge that Slopers have amassed over the many years that Slope has existed. Tens of thousands of items have been curated for you, carefully categorized for your knowledge and edification. These items that have been neatly arranged in a three-tier database, and you can simply click your way through the hierarchy to expand the items within any given category or sub-category. It's a great way to discover new information as well as share your own items with others.
Clicking any individual item in the database let you rate it or perform any of the other functions shown in the buttons on the right side of the image.
When you go to the SocialTrade page, you will see six main categories. You can click any of these to "drill down" to the next layer, which will have a variety of sub-categories belonging to the category you clicked. You can also back your way out of any level to go to the next higher level. You can try browsing right now by clicking here.

By clicking on a sub-category (such as Fibonacci) the user is presented with the individual items, shown in order of how new they are, which he can examine in detail.
If there is a particular category which interests you, then you might want to click on the bright red Follow button at the top of that category's contents. You can follow as many as you like, and when you visit the Followed tab in SocialTrade, you will be shown a list of all the most recent entries in all the categories you've specifically asked to follow. This is like having your own curated news feed based on your areas of interest.
One quick way to get a quick snapshot of the activity happening in SocialTrade is to click the Activity tab. This displays, in a "news' style format, all the events that have taken place recently.
There is also, incidentally, a page on the site that lets you see the individuals using SocialTrade, any one of whom you can also follow, so that their contributions show up on your feed.
In order to add items of your own to the SocialTrade database, you need to install a "bookmarklet", which only takes a few moments. You can learn how to do it by clicking on this link. Once you have the bookmarklet installed, you can click the SocialTrade icon at any time and be presented with a dialog box of all the images on that page, so that you can choose the specific one you want to add.
And, after selecting what item to "stack", you choose which categories (either just one category, or as many as you click) where you'd like the image to be stored.
