Here and there crypto gets this fun thing going where it blasts out tiny candles and goes nowhere for a week or three. 

Typically this is a rocket pad. 

This rocket pad is suspect because it can't hold the old ATH. 

Also there is, in my opinion, an all around change in how this thing trades compared to 2017 and 2021. This makes everything I relied upon in the past suspect. Worse, it is not moving much since the whole ETF thing went down so I am not able to find things to read to help pass judgment on the thing... 

No idea.
