Since this is my own finely crafted and highly unproven take on things, lets call it a Sandune's Derpcross instead of the more popular main stream financial press label. 

I spent a few minutes trying to conjure up an optimistic take on this and came up short. Best I can offer is that it looks a little weird in the manner it is playing out in.
