Let's be fair, comparing volume from a climactic volume starting point is not fair, as rallies off capitulation bottoms never show volume that is higher than the capitulation low. The cause for concern is the below average and declining since about 9/17, not the fact that volume is declining from the climactic volume low. 2/19/14
