I have seen the market do more petty things than rise at widely-followed trendlines. Sometimes a price move is so obvious, you think it can't be true, until it becomes true and you get frustrated. Just goes to show you that the market is not based on any fundamentals whatsoever, on any timeframe less than say 6 months. 8/31/16
