$RUT projection. Testing important MACD trendline today. Look for a break of the MACD trendline this week, which should result in a test of the price trendline rising off the Oct '11 low. Look at similar structure in July '12, which resulted in a drop after the rising MACD trendline broke coming off the May/June '12 low.
