Same comment as your SPY chart. You can't compare volume today to the volume from a climactic capitulation low and claim it is bearish because volume is "lame". Volume is only lame if price is rising, while volume is below average and declining from a starting point that is well off the capitulation low. That means that on the QQQ, the volume has really only non-confirmed price since 9/14, not 9/4. 2/19/14
