So what you're saying is smart money has been wrong for the last 5.5% in the S&P? 6/3/14

When "smart" money wakes up and figures out its been "dumb" money, then it will pour back into the S&P 6/3/14

Granted, by the above comments, this chart can be interpreted more than one way. My question is, how does one determine what is "Smart Money" to be able to make a chart of it? 6/3/14
