The real estate pump we have just seen is more due to the few that can still buy getting in before rates rise. Unsustainable. There is a reason I traded out of my single family rental houses into apartment buildings. Commercial real estate (over 4 units) is still in bad shape due to lack of available financing. THAT is when you take total advantage of the situation in select markets. 8/13/13

Seems that things are going well for these fellows.. I know this was taped back awhile ago but this could change as interest rates start pumping up..
