More important now is the prospect that this is a constructive step toward the failure of a vastly larger pattern, which is the range-bound pattern Powell has trapped us within for the entirety of 2021. A breach of support of this area would yield a crash.
My observation that all assets are tied at the waist is certainly panning out. Crude oil has nothing to do with equities, but it is falling to pieces as well. My massive XLE put position should enter the day roaring. My ceaseless battle with TNRevolution thus continues to live out another day.
And I am delighted to have fled, screaming, from the world of crypto on Friday, as I outlined in great detail at the time. Again, ALL assets are being held up by the fakery of the Fed.
