It’s been a couple of weeks since I got a Telegram notification from SlopeAlerts, but I was pleased to see this one buzz in during the morning’s trading……….
Yep, energy continues to weaken (so, Tyler, where’s your $300/bbl crude oil?) Oil recognizes that the global economy is heading straight for the toilet, so I suspect shockingly low prices are on the horizon, which is going to pinch the Saudi’s bone saw budget terribly.
The next step is for the continuous crude oil contract trendline to snap.
On a different topic – – even though I’ve been online since literally 1981, I still don’t get social media. For instance, I have about 24,000 followers on Twitter, yet my tweets (which are voluminous!) usually get only about 16 Likes. I tweeted out the item below, which I thought was hysterical (I’m my own best audience), but it got only 3 Likes! Is it too esoteric? I tell ya, pearls before swine.
