Wait, wait, it isn’t what you think. Some of you may recall that my father passed away late last year. He had invested in a variety of items, and as an experiment, I decided to track them for the year.
As you can see, he hasn’t done poorly – – an annualized 22% return – – but it’s pretty much in line with the market in general.

It looks like bringing sensibility to government might actually work. Here is ARGT, the equity fund for Argentina. The inverted head & shoulders pattern told the tale.

Drunk on Ripple
As if you needed any more evidence of market insanity, take a moment to look at Ripple ($XRP), the cryptocurrency that, like Doge, was created just as a joke, but has become a financial giant. It has gone up about 400% in just the past month based on………….nothing. Nothing except popularity. It’s sort of like how some famous people are famous because they’re famous.
