I bought (yes, bought) a couple of stocks today. Rivian (RIVN) and Affirm (AFRM). Regarding the latter, not only do I like the shape of the chart, but the company’s cynical business model (high-interest loans to poor people for small purchases online) is going to thrive in the coming horrible economy.

After the election, I declared both privately and publicly that it’s a shame all of Elon’s companies weren’t public, because they would all be soaring in price. The most notable example being SpaceX which, had it been public, would have gone up more percentage-wise than even Tesla.
