They never learn, do they? Perhaps you’ve seen that about 100% of the chatter on /wsb is about one stock and one stock only: BBBY. It’s evident from the volume. BBBY volume is presently running at what the entire stock market’s volume USED to be when I started trading back in the late 1980s.
After Walmart issued a surprise profit warning following the close of the regular Monday session, the stock went into a free-fall, wiping out about 10% of this mega-retailer.
I am taking advantage of the (laughable) rush to buy stocks again by shorting some retailers that are approaching major resistance levels.
I guess those XRT puts I sold for a nice profit have much nicer profits to come.
