I noticed something mildly interesting and peculiar. Here are the small caps, at the precipice of collapse:
And, a wholly different group of stocks in a totally different classification, the Transports:
Notice how similar they look? Take a look at the long-term behavior. They’re joined at the hip.
For myself, I have pushed my commitment level to 200%.
